http://www.ntvuganda.co.ug Bank of Uganda says it is changing its monetary policy to accommodate prevailing economic realities. Central Bank governor Tumusiime Mutebile says the bank is working on a policy framework that will mitigate on the general increase in commodity prices. The policy shift is also intended to meet wider economic challenges which have come with changes in the economy over the past 10 years including the diversification of the country's financial sector.
